Without prejudice to further additions, deletions or amendments to these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions enumerated below shall be binding on the users of website/customers of the Wonder Guru Communications , here-in-after known as WGC.
- Any one may visit the website of WGC at any time.
- It is not obligatory on the part of any visitor/customer of the website of WGC to give his/her data which he/she other wise does/do not wish to give.
- WGC shall get into a contract with a customer only if he or she is willing to accept the terms and conditions given here in and/or given in the agreement to be signed at the time of finalising the contract.
- No contract or agreement shall be signed or entered into with a person of less than 18 years of age unless he or she is represented by an adult who is his/her legal representative.
- An agreement shall normally consists of the following in addition to the other terms and conditions of that particular agreement/contract:
a) Offer and its acceptance on part of buyer and seller.
b) Details of the product.
c) Price of the product and mode of payments.
d) Conditions relating to the delivery of the product.
e) Warranty/Guarantee if any.
f) After sales service.
g) All payments shall be made/received by WGC in £ only.
h) All disputes concerning WGC, its website users, customers and its employees shall be subject to English law in United Kingdom only.
i) All contracts/agreements shall be in writing.
j) All agreements/contracts shall come into force once signed by both the parties ie the buyer and the WGC.
- WGC is not bound to sell its products to all the potential buyers.
- WGC shall not knowingly deal with any organisation or individual involved in criminal activities.
- WGC shall not produce or sell any product which may fall in the category of illegal product by any standard.
- Any information/particulars given to WGC by the customers/buyers must be legal, decent, honest and truthful.
Products once sold by WGC shall not be subject to any kind of modifications/alternation by the buyer or some body else on his behalf.
